Cohorts and Trainings

RECI participants

At the Racial Equity Consciousness Institute, our cohorts and programs are designed to foster transformative learning experiences that deepen participants’ understanding of systemic racism and equip them with the tools to drive meaningful change. Through interactive workshops, guided discussions and collaborative learning, our structured cohorts provide a supportive space for individuals and organizations to critically examine racial dynamics, challenge biases and develop actionable strategies for advancing equity. Whether you are just beginning your racial equity consciousness journey or seeking to enhance your existing efforts, our programs offer tailored learning opportunities to inspire growth, community, and sustained impact.

Explore our program options below and find the cohort that best fits your goals. Together, we can build a more just and equitable future.
